The registration fee is 275 EUR.
This fee includes:
Participation in all sessions of the Summer School (May 4–8, 2026);
Coffee breaks and lunches throughout the event;
A welcome aperitivo;
The social dinner.
Please note that the fee does not cover accommodation. Applicants will be notified of acceptance by January 23, 2026. Admitted participants will be contacted after admission confirmation with instructions for completing the registration fee payment.
A limited number of registration fee waivers may be available for applicants from low- and middle-income countries. Applicants interested in being considered for a waiver should indicate their need for the waiver and their country of origin in the motivation section of the application form.
To apply, you will need to submit through the application form:
A brief description of your research interests (max. 500 characters)
A motivation letter explaining why you wish to attend (max. 1500 characters)
If the number of applications exceeds available slots, priority will be given to early-career researchers and to applicants whose work is likely to benefit most from participation in the Summer School.
Applicants will also have the opportunity to submit a scientific abstract (max. 2500 characters). The best abstracts will be selected by the Organizing Committee for presentation in a Flash Talk session during the event (see Program). If the number of abstracts exceeds available slots, a poster session may be organized to allow broader participation.
In addition to lectures and workshops, the program will feature a project networking session aimed at fostering collaborative research. Admitted participants will have the opportunity to submit project proposals for presentation and discussion with peers. A dedicated submission form for project proposals will be made available to admitted participants in February 2026.
